Just wanted to let you know that my husband's dad died earlier tonight. (Tuesday night). He was 96 (mind you - he played tennis till he was 91), and anxious to join his Lord and Savior, wife and daughters, and siblings. He was a wonderful man who dedicated his life to serving the Lord. We rejoice with him for his gain, but mourn our loss here on earth. We will miss him.

Hi littlealma,
This is my first time to visit you... and I want to tell you how sorry I am for your loss.
Even though it is a tremendous comfort when we know our loved ones are in heaven... that "missing" them is really difficult. I lost my Mom 18 months ago, and still miss her terribly. Just want you to know my heart is with you.
The pictures of him are adorable.
So wonderful that you "have" those memories captured in photographs.
Blessings to you and your family!
Lea

Hi Diane and Ken,
After Bea and Gordon returned from Uncle Wes's funeral she sent me a link to your blog. HOW WONDERFUL to see photos of the family, and of dear Uncle Wes, and even of him singing Jesus Loves Me! I wish we could have come from Minnesota to Michigan, but it was not possible. Our love and prayers are with all of you.
Love, Marlene & Larry
